Outpatient treatment

The Palliative Ward with 10 beds was established at the St. Joseph Hospital in 1991. It was set up with the support of the German Ministry of Health. Its aim is improve the care provided to cancer patients and their relatives.

The Team

The Palliative Ward has a team of
extremely committed and specially trained staff, some with additional qualifications in palliative care and nursing training in oncology
